At Dixxon Flannel Company, we stand by our quality and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless opting for an exchange.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
